One network, no borders

Every patient is looked after by a real person who has been a Kreativ patient themselves — and where a state has no representative yet, Kreativ's national team carries them directly. Nobody is turned away for living in the wrong place.

You refer from anywhere. The network does the rest. Introduce someone in your own town or three states over — the introduction is logged the moment you make it, the right person picks it up, and you are credited and rewarded either way. If two of you helped the same person, the reward is shared. No borders on caring about someone.

Agent appointments are made by the clinic. Commission allocation follows the Kreativ agent operational policy.
